Our corporate networking programme is designed to help your women progress their careers, with the ultimate aim of increasing the number of women at the top.
The programme provides your female employees with monthly peer to peer mentoring sessions, monthly drop in sessions with a professional coach and ongoing online support, as well as membership of the wider MTLTS community.
We can help you create a supportive culture, open communication and strong relationships across the organisation, as well as increase the visibility of female staff across the business.
The programme is facilitated by ICF certified professional coaches who specialise in coaching senior female executives.

ur programme provides an informal, supportive and confidential environment where everyone is committed to helping each other achieve their goals.
A bit like group mentoring, meet ups follow a specific structure designed to help members take positive steps towards their professional goals and to make real progress.
Each month we focus on a different set of activities designed to focus on key developmental areas e.g. confidence, creativity, time management, communication.
We encourage accountability, so drawing on ideas and inspiration from the meet up participants choose one small achievable step and commit to it before next time.
